Who We Are
DevAgents OS originated in 2024 and is maintained by PULSEFLOW TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a Brazilian technology company that formally structured the product in 2025 and is focused on AI-native software engineering.
The platform was born from an insight built over three decades in technology and software engineering: isolated AI tools speed up individual tasks, but they don't solve the structural problem that costs engineering teams the most, context loss between stages. Requirements that don't arrive intact in the code. Architecture decisions lost in the handoff. Tests that don't reflect what was asked for. Deployments with no visibility into impact.
DevAgents OS was created to close that gap: an orchestration layer that connects specialized agents to the real development lifecycle, with shared context, traceability, and governance.
Founder
Cristiano Ferreira is the founder and responsible for product, engineering, and operations at DevAgents OS.
The path that led to the platform includes 30 years working across technology, software engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, and delivery management, spanning financial operations, insurance, airlines, EdTech, direct sales, and crypto trading, on projects in Brazil and abroad.
That accumulated experience, always at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, is what shapes the product decisions behind DevAgents OS. The platform was not designed from an academic thesis; it was designed from the repeated, lived experience of the problem it solves.
Principles
Context before automation
Before automating, it is necessary to understand the process. Agents without context may accelerate tasks, but they can also increase noise, rework, and fragile decisions.
Measurable impact
Every automation must generate evidence. Impact is measured through artifacts, metrics, traceability, quality, flow, bottlenecks, and continuous evolution.
Governance as an enabler
Governance should not be bureaucracy. It should create visibility so that strategic, tactical, and operational decisions can be made with greater clarity.
Gradual evolution
Maturity does not happen all at once. Agent adoption must respect the team's current stage, technical environment, risks, existing tools, and business objectives.
Human-agent collaboration
Agents expand the team's capacity, but they do not replace technical responsibility. The agent supports, suggests, organizes, and accelerates. The team validates, decides, and remains accountable for the result.
Vision
The next phase of software engineering will not be defined only by the use of more AI tools. It will be defined by the ability to coordinate specialized agents integrated into the development lifecycle, capable of preserving context across stages, generating traceable artifacts, supporting decisions, and measuring real impact.
This vision guides every product decision behind DevAgents OS.
