Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about the platform, operating models, security, and how to get started.
Platform
DevAgents OS is an AI-native engineering platform that orchestrates specialized agents across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). It covers requirements, architecture, code, quality, security, delivery, operations, and metrics, with shared context, traceability, and governance built in.
Software engineering organizations looking to reduce rework, accelerate delivery, and gain operational visibility across the development lifecycle. The platform serves startups through enterprises with corporate compliance and security requirements.
No. DevAgents OS is a proprietary commercial product maintained by PULSEFLOW TECNOLOGIA LTDA. The platform is not open source and there are no plans to open-source it. Available deployment models include Managed Workspace, Private Deployment, and Enterprise Hybrid.
Business Model
Three models: Managed Workspace, where teams activate agents and track workflows without managing the orchestration infrastructure; Private Deployment, where the platform runs in the client's own infrastructure; and Enterprise Hybrid, which combines both formats based on the organization's technical maturity and security requirements.
Adoption begins by activating one engineering workflow, usually the handoff from requirements to engineering. The platform captures the baseline, connects the first agent to your existing stack, and expands as impact is measured. Contact us to get started.
Technical
The platform uses AI models via cloud services such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. Each agent selects the most appropriate model for its task. With on-premises deployment, clients can choose open-source models or their preferred AI services, with full autonomy over management and associated costs.
No. DevAgents OS integrates with your existing stack: Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Slack, and other engineering tools. No tooling migration is required to begin operations.
Agents connect to the repositories, boards, and pipelines already in use by your team. Integration configuration is performed during onboarding and operates continuously without recurring manual intervention.
The platform provides agents for requirements, architecture, development, code review, quality, security, DevOps, and operations. Each agent has a defined scope and operates on a shared context layer.
Yes. Every deployment starts with a single workflow and a single agent. New agents are activated incrementally as the impact of the previous workflow is measured and validated.
Security & Compliance
With Private Deployment, all processing occurs within the client's infrastructure. With Managed Workspace, access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and clearly defined data residency policies are applied.
The first workflow can be activated within days. The first agent can be operating on real engineering workflows within a few weeks, depending on environment complexity and required integrations.
With Managed Workspace, agent operation and maintenance is the responsibility of DevAgents OS. With Private Deployment, the client's team receives technical support for platform configuration, operation, and evolution.
